Linette and Glenn grew up in nearby Riverside IA. Linette was educated at the University of Iowa and Glenn at Kirkwood Community College. They have two children: Christopher & Angela. Both are graduates of Regina High School in Iowa City. The Weimers are true sport enthusiasts and fans. They keep busy in their spare time following the Green Bay Packers, the San Francisco Giants, the Iowa Hawkeyes, the West High Trojans, the Iowa City High Little Hawks and the Regina Regals.
